Bellabox - August 2015 - Beauty by Design

This months Bellabox did come in the usual blue box, but it did come with a card explaining why....

Not to worry! Your blue box is missing for the most exciting reason of all:

your samples are simply too big to fit!

We tried to squeeze them into our blue box and way we could but they just popped right on out again.

We are so sorry for the inconvenience but know you're gonna love what's inside!

So for that reason I don't mind at all that there is no box :)

I am very happy with this months box. I've been putting off buying a new mascara but I really needed one. So yay!! I got one. The sent a full size Max Factor Masterpiece Max Mascara This amazing mascara defines, smoothes and thickens each eyelash, creating thick, bold lashes with p to 400 per cent volume! Just one wipe with its high tech IFX brush delivers a chic, catwalk finish in seconds RRP $23.95 Available at Priceline. 

It is a nice mascara but I probably wouldn't purchase it myself. And despite the description you defiantly need one of two cots of it.

I got a very generous sample size of OGX Healing + Vitamin E Shampoo and Conditioner. 30ml. Give your hair its daily dose of vitamins with this nutrient-rich shampoo and conditioner duo. I have never tried these before but they smell nice and sound great. I will give them a go.

It look me a little bit to work out what this product was. It looks interesting. It's the Nip+Fab Glycolic Fix Pads These innovative exfoliating facial pads are a favourite among celebrities and we can see why! Soaked in glycolic acid they hep to retexture and resurface the skin while the addition of hyaluronic acid and soothing blue daisy moisturises to leave skin bright and smoother! The product smell decent and is very moist. It's a textured moist pad. I like them. I have no tried it yet though.

Forth was 5ml of Skin & Co Roma Truffle Therapy Serum Carefuly handcrafted in Umbria, Italy and made with the finest truffles, this amazing serum is packed with skin benefits! It deeply moisturises skin and dininishes the appearance of fine lines, revealing a silky smooth, youthful looking complexion. 30ml RRP $99.95 Available at bellabox.com.au 

There isn't much I can say about the skin products since I haven't used them before. I do really enjoy the smell of this product though and it seems fancy :)

I also got the Nuxe Reve De Miel Face Cream An ultra comforable facial day cream that is perfect for dry sensitive skin. Its luxurious creamy texture, replenshes, soothes and repairs the skin for pampered skin all day long. 50ml RRP $39.99 Available at Priceline and adorebeauty.com.au

50 free photo prints a month - scratch that it's 100

A few months ago I discovered Snapfish. There is a deal at the moment, if you download their app you can get 50 free 4x6 prints a month for a year. All you have to pay is postage, which for me is only $2.95. How cheap is that? I've done it for about 4 months now and there has been no catch to it. You just put load your pictures from your phone or ipad. I normally have them in about a week.

I'm really enjoying having printed photos. I been hanging some and putting some in photo albums. I remember when I was little and we would sit around and look through photos. I want to be able to do that with my kids.

Australis Velourlips Matte Lip Cream

So.... I think I'm in love. These are amazing! They are high pigmented and long lasting. And so cheap! I think I paid around $7 or $8 for this at Big W. I only got one so I could see how I liked them but when I went back my local Big W was out of stock :) I'll keep checking so I can by more.

I got the colour DOO-BAI.

 

One thing with this, was when I wore it by its self it did bleed. So once I wore a lip liner and I like to conceal around my lips, it stayed all night and didn't bleed at all. The lip cream was not too drying at all. Of coarse with a matte product its a little drying but in a good way.'

People also say it's a great dupe for Limecrime Wicked. I have used that before but the swatch look like it is.
